Hair & Makeup

Hair:

The Anti-Religion mens hear is shaved to the head with designs shaved into the hair. This represents the new culture they have adopted and the rebellion of standard hairstyles in society.

Anti-Religion women's hair will generally be short and asymmetric in a bold thick colour. Some styles will be alternatively dip dyed with opposing colours but most hair will be sharply black/white contrasted.

Makeup:

Make up for the Anti-Religion trend will be dark and messy. Eye makeup will be smudged to the sides of the eyes and faded out and lips will be roughly done. The face will be left fairly pale other than eyes and lips and will rarely be washed completely clean, blemishes won't be covered with foundation or concealer.

Deface & Destroy

The Anti-Religion trend subscribers will show their resistance to devotion and religion in every way. This trend only applies to the rebel section of anti-religion. In today's (2012) society facial tattoo's and piercings are quite 'unsightly', especially amongst religious people; however, in 2014 when religion is abolished this negatively associated trend will be seen a lot. The rebels want to appear hostile, unapproachable and dangerous which definitely happens with piercings and tattoo's if they are in strange places.

Tattoo

Rick Genest seen in the third picture has made full facial tattoo's fairly fashionable, although still extreme. The rebels tattoo's won't be as extreme but could use similar design qualities. The bottom picture from the 2012 film, 'The Devil Inside' shows an inverted cross lip tattoo which will be regularly seen in Anti-Religion.

Piercing

Facial piercings and obscure body piercings will also be a popular style amongst the rebel anti-religion population. They represent the piercing change that has occurred and the defacing of their bodies shows the separation from their past lives.

The Rebellion

The second form of anti-religion will be the rebellion. The people that subscribe to this trend will follow the style of current activists. They have had their religion taken and now without anything to follow, the only thing they can do is cause anarchy.

Feature One: Heavy Leather

The rebellion members of anti-religion will adopt heavy, thick materials to help protect them in fight and conflict. The main style will be punk, grunge and heavy metal inspired, all of which incorporate black leather in their style.

Feature Two: Acid Denim

The rebels will have various stained and washed clothes to give the overall look a more worn and practical look. The clothes will be very dark with splashes of bright light colours.

Feature Three: Shatter

Materials for clothing, as well as make up styles will be shattered and destroyed. These will be caused by shrapnel from WW3 as well as general wear because of the rebel movement lifestyle.

Feature Four: Studs and Spikes

The studs and spikes will represent the rebels hostility towards the rest of the remaining society and also the violent resentment they hold for their past way of life.
